Shipping policy

Processing time:

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For products with customization, exact processing duration will be shared after discussing with you depending the nature of product and customization. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delivery time:

An expected normal delivery time within India is 2 to 7 working days. If there any chance of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will provide status and updates from courier partners on request other than automated

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Direct local delivery available within 25 Kilometers radius of  Physical stores. Delivery charges are calculated based on product, delivery mode and distance, which will be informed along with the order confirmation.

In-store pickup

Free local pickup at Takshan Creatives Pvt Ltd's factory outlet and stores. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10.30 am to 6.30 pm on weekdays except public holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International shipping:

International shipping available on demand. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Takshan Creatives Pvt Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@takshan.world with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
